Change Requests

If you need to change an order, contact service@calmiray.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and the exact change requested, such as an address correction, item change, or cancellation request.

Limitations

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order enters processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipping, changes may no longer be possible.

Canceled Orders

If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Payment providers and banks may require additional time to post the refund.
